Vaagdevi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences was established in 2006 under the Viswambhara Educational Society, founded in 1993 with the aim of promoting quality technical and higher education in the northern region of Telangana.

Affiliated to Kakatiya University and approved by PCI and AICTE, the institute offers B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, Pharm.D and Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate) programs. Located in a serene 70-acre campus at Bollikunta, Warangal, the college provides modern infrastructure, experienced faculty, advanced laboratories, and research facilities to support excellence in pharmaceutical education.

With postgraduate specializations in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Industrial Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Analysis, the institute focuses on academic excellence, research, and professional development to prepare students for successful careers in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
